Carrie has worked in healthcare for over 20 years in the Niagara Region, working in the Operating Room and in the Outpatient Clinic at the Greater Niagara General Hospital. Carrie has always wanted to start her own business in aesthetics and in 2018 she left the hospital to start her dream. Graduating from the International Beauty Institute with honours, in 2019 Carrie and her husband Dr. John Ostrowski, opened Niagara Medical Esthetics. The growing support that Carrie has received from our community has been overwhelming. Carrie leads her team of highly trained and experienced staff providing the most high-tech, and up to date treatments and services.

Melannie has been in the medical field for over 15 years.  Her passion for wellness, health and beauty led her from her daily practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist into the field of medical esthetics and laser technologies.  Her many years of experience in patient care, treatment planning, and relationship building have enabled her to excel in the esthetics world.

She has obtained a variety of certifications and participates in continuing education and hands-on training through Inmode, Cutera, Clarion, ZO, and AlumierMD. She enjoys providing tailored treatments in laser and light technologies, microneedling, radiofrequency and body sculpting to get her patients to love their skin and feel amazing.

After graduating from Niagara College and accumulating over a decade of experience in the Esthetics industry, Jennifer has made a successful transition into Medical Esthetics. She holds many certifications and training credentials, including Clarion, Oxygeneo, Cutera, Cynosure (Picosure & Potenza) & Inmode. Jennifer specializes in medical grade facials, ensuring all her treatments are customized to your specific needs. She is very passionate about skin care, helping you feel and look your best!

Silvana is a dedicated professional, a family woman, and a fitness enthusiast who believes in living a balanced and meaningful life.
